Match Official Registration Process

Match Official,

This year’s Match Official registration period will begin on Monday January 28th, 2019. The following will provide information regarding every aspect of this year’s registration.

As in previous years, the registration period is April 1st to March 31st of the following year.  If you do not register by March 31st, you will not be able to receive any appointments until registration is complete.  Also, late fees will come into effect after the March 31st date.  These can be found here: https://cdn4.sportngin.com/attachments/document/0120/1628/Section_10_Match_Officials.pdf

Please be advised that all Ontario Match Officials are required to complete the Respect in Sport certification every 5 years in order to renew your Match Official registration and be in good standing with Ontario Soccer. 2019 is the final year of the 5 year rotation, and all Match Officials must have it completed if they have not done so already.  After completing the certification, you will be provided with a certification number. That number is required in order to complete the registration process.  A certificate number from another sport within the past 5 years is also accepted.  Please note that Ontario Soccer staff will be auditing this requirement throughout the registration season.
